Hello All! I'm a 30 year old Nigerian born, Fargo, ND/Mitchellville, MD raised college professor. In my real life, I spend most of my time reading and teaching about Africa. But, to be completely honest, my true passion lies in pop culture--television, film, books, music, etc.
My favorite movie is Coming to America, my favorite book is Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe, and I watch way too much TV to have a favorite show. But if I am forced to choose, I would probably say LOST, and then proceed to list several other shows that tie with it.
I love *NSYNC, even still. *NSYNC was my very first fandom experience, and I will never let go.
More contemporarily, I’m a huge fan of Twilight, Divergent, Scandal, The Vampire Diaries/The Originals, Outlander, The Hunger Games, True Blood, Sleepy Hollow, Sons of Anarchy, Game of Thrones, Grey’s Anatomy, Downton Abbey and lots more.
I’m also an avid reader and I'm excited about sharing reviews of books from my favorite genres. In particular, I enjoy young adult literature, dystopia, and practically every single type of romance--contemporary, historical, paranormal, erotica.
